6. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins
Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service type:

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered/downloaded
Custom Services: Refunds for work in progress will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Cancellations: Projects cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid

8. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included will be specified in the project agreement
